Our prices are excl. 3.2 percent city tax. They are calculated per night and unit (1 to 4 persons) including running costs (heating, electricity, water), bed linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen, cleaning service once a week, wireless internet connection etc.
Reservation and Payment
Prepayment (deposit) 25% for each booking, final payment 4 weeks before arrival by bank transfer.
Payment on arrival: Cash or debit card. 4% surcharge for credit card payments.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be deducted and credited for a future stay. For cancellations less than four weeks prior to arrival the entire cash remittance will be credited for a later stay.
