Our prices are excl. 3.2 percent city tax. They are calculated per night and unit (1 to 4 persons) including running costs (heating, electricity, water), bed linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen, cleaning service once a week, operating costs, wireless internet connection etc.
Long-term stays (longer than three months) and possible additional services such as garage, cleaning fees for animals, transfers, conference and concierge services are charged by arrangement.

Surcharges and additional costs
- 50 % surcharge for short stays up to 3 nights
- 5th and 6th person (to be calculated aliquot of the basic price 25% surcharge)
50 % discount for children from 0 - 13, 25% for teenagers from 14-18 years - Cleaning fee for pets / small animals: 10 euros per day
