Reservation and payment conditions

Enquiries are gladly accepted by telephone or email. Reservations must be made in writing via email, fax or post. Bookings are confirmed after a deposit of 25% of the rental amount. The full rental price must be transferred at least 4 weeks before arrival. For longer stays, by agreement or payable monthly in advance.

We accept

• Cash | Bank transfers | PayPal | Postal transfers (Western Union)
• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) to secure reservations

Our regular prices apply throughout the year. Only during the Christmas period and New Year's Eve do special (higher) prices apply. For short stays of up to 3 nights a surcharge of 50% on the regular prices will be charged.

Pets: only small pets allowed (daily surcharge)
Children discount: in the Skyflats from the 5th person onwards

Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 2:00 pm, personal key/apartment handover
Check-out: until 10:00 am, personal key/apartment handover

Cleaning: after departure, for longer stays weekly
Catering, shopping and grocery service: available on site for an additional charge
Children’s equipment: high chair, baby cot, changing table

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival the deposit will be retained and credited for a later stay. In case of cancellation less than four weeks before arrival the entire payment will be credited for a later stay at Skyflats.

Liability

The guest/tenant is liable for any damage that does not result from normal wear and tear, as well as for loss or removal of keys, access cards, furniture etc., and agrees to cover the resulting costs even if such damages or losses are only discovered after departure.

The proper registration and deregistration of the tenant in case of long-term rental (according to the Austrian Registration Act) is the responsibility of the tenant. Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
