Reservation and payment terms
Inquiries are gladly accepted by phone and e-mail, reservations only by e-mail, fax or by mail services. Bookings are fixed after a deposit of 25% of the rental fee, the full rental price is to be paid at the latest 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payments upon arrival are possible, especially for oversea-travellers. For longer stays special agreements are possible.
Cancellation of bookings
If canceled up to 4 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be withheld and credited for a later stay. For cancellations made less than four weeks prior to arrival, the entire transfer will be credited for a later stay at Skyflats.
We accept

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) to secure reservations
Our regular prices are valid all year long, only for the Christmas season and New year change, we have (higher) rates. For stays of up to 3 nights a surcharge of 50% is billed.
Pets: only small pets allowed (costs per day)
Discount for children: yes (from the 5th person)
Arrival and departure
Check in: from 2 p.m., personal key and apartment transfer
Check out: until 10 a.m., key and apartment transfer
Cleaning: After departure, for long stays weekly cleaning
Catering, shopping and other servies: on site, fees by arrangement
Baby equipment: high chair, baby cot
Liability
The guest / tenant is responsible for any damage not incurred as a result of normal wear and tear, loss of keys, entrance cards, etc. and agrees to pay the costs, even if such damages and losses are discovered after departure.
Proper registration of the tenant in case of long-term leasing (in accordance with the valid regulations of the Austrian Notification Act) is a matter of the tenant. Austrian law applies. Court of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
